Why should I pay for a membership if there is a free option?
If you have been doing hair and/or makeup for more than a few years and have a clientele, you’ll want the full membership. You will have access to the full site with a paid membership and only a profile with the free membership. We also priced the membership so that it would not feel like a burden but rather a value that is a great investment for your business. You only need to book 1-2 jobs to cover a year’s membership cost.
Do I have to be a hair and/or makeup artist to join?
Yes. There are other communities for other creatives.
Can I get a referral code to share with my hair and/or makeup artist friends?
Yes! We would love to share a referral code unique to you. Just send us an email and we will generate a code to share to your community that will get you and the person signing up 1 free month when they sign up for a month-to-month membership with a 6 month minimum.
What if I’m unhappy with my membership or need to cancel?
If you’re not feeling your membership, no worries—I’m all about ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re on a month-to-month membership, you can cancel at any time directly through your member account. For annual memberships, you can also cancel whenever you like, but please note that no refunds will be issued if you cancel early. Keep in mind that once you cancel either type of membership, you’ll lose your existing rate. If the rate increases and you decide to renew later, you’ll be subject to the new pricing. My goal is to ensure your experience is top-notch, whether you’re with me for one event or many.
