We are not an agency. We do not manage artist schedules, contracts, or payments.

This is a referral concierge service:
• You tell us what you need
• We match your request with available artists from our vetted network
• You receive a curated list of artists aligned with your timeline, location, and rates

– Saves time on DMs, cold emails, and unreliable leads

– Matches you with vetted professionals—not random beauty accounts

– Gives you access to a trusted private network used by planners, producers, and talent teams

– You maintain control: you reach out, negotiate, and book directly

Step 1: Fill out the request form with job details, creative direction, and budget

Step 2: Pay the referral fee to activate your request

Step 3: Within 48–72 hours, receive a curated list of 3–5 aligned, available artists

Once a list is delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

If we can’t match your request, your fee is refunded (minus processing fees).

All fees are paid by the person submitting the request—not the artists.

• Standard Referral — $150       

3–5 matches delivered within 48–72 hours

• Rush Referral — $300

Delivery within 24–48 hours

• Multi-Day or Multi-Role — $600

For requests requiring multiple artists or multi-day commitments

• White-Glove Team Placement — $1,000+

For planners or producers who want a fully managed experience. We’ll source, contract, and coordinate the artists for you. You pay us directly—we handle everything.

For all other tiers, artist fees are separate and paid directly to the artists.

TAA does not take a cut from artist payments—except in white-glove team placements, where TAA contracts and compensates the artists directly.
